Clive Parkinson was made the Director of Arts for Health following the retirement of Peter Senior. He has previously been Development Director of Arts for Health Cornwall and Isles of Scilly, a Health Promotion Specialist for Morecambe Bay PCT and Voluntary Sector manager supporting people affected by schizophrenia. He began his career as an artist working in a hospital for people with learning disabilities.

Charlotte Garner has worked at Arts for Health since 2005 and her current role is as Arts for Health Projects Co-ordinator. This involves project management, carrying out pieces of research and overseeing the administration and finances of the department. Before this post she worked for three years as Research Assistant on the Invest to Save Project, an evaluation looking to learn more about the value and impact of arts activities on health and wellbeing across the North West region. She came to be interested in the field after working with adults with learning disabilities and her background is in psychology where she specialised in researching ethical issues around sexual health.
